Whitebridge Estates was Established in 1982 by Colonel C.J.Baines. Starting off with just four tenants on the books, some 25 years later, the company now supports over 70 tenants and businesses operating on the 12 acre site.

Perhaps the service that really sets Whitebridge Estates apart from the rest is that the estate owners and management team are based at the site. Our tenants do not have to send a letter to some remote or anonymous landlord to raise an issue, all they have to do is knock on our door and the "problem" is addressed. Because we care, we take time to get to know our tenants so as to ensure their accommodation is optimum for their business growth and development.
